تفاصيل الوظيفة:
• Responsible for successful integration between Maximo EAM & other ERPs of marketable products.
• Acts as an acknowledged expert in application systems delivered by the company (Tivoli , EAM,ERP , Infrastructure …etc) and provides leadership in solution design, Customization and application integration.
• Meet regularly with Project Managers to ensure projects are on track, run efficiently and effectively and follow processes and standards.
• Interview, hire and contribute to employment decisions, complete staff expectations and evaluations, provide career development, coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Deliver a team plan on the basis of cost/benefit justification and interacts with management to obtain approval.
• Understand big picture and technical back-bone of software workflows from item creation, user registration, test delivery, to data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure software teams integrate their processes and tasks and communicate appropriate information, as needed, to each other in a timely manner.
• Implement process improvements around budgets, requirements, schedules, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Meet regularly with the PM group to go over best practices, budgets, and PM issues.
• Review project plans and schedules of Assessments Project Directors to make sure they are realistic, that all dependencies and integration points are considered, and all critical tasks are identified.
• Facilitate and contribute to building automated processes that involve the Operations, delivery and project management.
• Evaluate existing team structure, propose new direction, develop change management plans and lead change efforts.
• Handle staff management issues to include identification of gaps in staffing across the software teams, working with HR/Recruiting to attract candidates and retain staff, and ensure good practices across the technical team.
• Oversee and manage integration across systems.
• A member of the management team that will be a key thought leader for Process and
• Lead and manage the execution of Implementation and Development projects in a cost effective way.

• Work with project managers and presales to meet customer functional and performance criteria expectations.
• Responsible for translating current and new customer needs and required features into project specifications and Scope of work to be managed by project manager.
• Responsible to review proposed architecture & prepare the acceptance criteria & Man days Calculations sheet for each product.
• Responsibilities require that you ensure that the rules and procedures are applied and followed in the technical department and toward business expectations.
• Responsible for ensuring that product implementation remain superior and cost competitive in the marketplace.
• Oversee the completion of technical documentation for project system configuration documents, software documents, diagrams, and drawings.
• Be responsible for resolution of any support issues.
• Provide system level technical support in customer meetings.
• Participate in product roadmap planning. Perform system analysis for new requirements and make recommendations for make vs. Buy decisions. Perform system impact analyses for new/enhanced feature requirements.
• Stays current with related technology trends.
• Drive continuous product performance improvements through effective monitoring of in-service products.
• Responsible for team budget including (salary, new hire, training, infrastructure …etc.)
• Induct a monthly 1to 1 meeting with the team members and board to ensure the victory plan are in progress.
• Build the Knowledge Management DB and put the new hire training plan.
• Other duties as required.
