الجهة طالبة العمل :شركة بيت إدارة الموارد البشرية
تفاصيل الوظيفة:
Project Manager that shall be responsible for the following :
1) Drawing up a plan for how to achieve each stage of the project :
• Project Initiation
• Process Blue Print/Discovery Exercise
• Process Execution
• Process Training & Knowledge Transfer
• Pilot & Process Migration
• Process Stabilization
2) Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project.
3) Coordinate resources from Amlak team along with Unifinancials team
4) Recruit & staff new calibers in the outsourced functions : operations :
o Operation
o Information Technology
o Finance
o Credit
o Retail
o Human Resources
5) Ensure that newly recruited staff is adequately trained and ready to assume the new job functions.
6) Ensure that the project is completed within the agreed timeframe (8 weeks)
7) Ensure that the project’s is within budget and that costs are well controlled.
8) Ensure that the risks associated with the outsourcing exercise is well mitigated for.
9) Manage premises readiness and technology is up and running by the desired timeframe.
